SUPERVISORY REPAIR SUPERINTENDENT

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY REPAIR SUPERINTENDENT in the Trident Refit Facitlity - Bangor, Repair Department Code 300 of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR.

You will evaluate functional readiness, efficiency, effectiveness and initiate appropriate changes for improvement.

You will review the availability of material, human and physical resources and information relevant to manufacturing and planning for production capabilities and dissemination of result to appropriate officials.

You will manage department programs to monitor, control and procure industrial plant equipment and facilities to support manufacturing and production functions, including design reviews and budget allocation.

You will ensure department policies and implemented and carried out.

You will develop and implement systems to evaluate performance.

Analyze and monitor planning of alternative production processes or resources necessary to meet alternative production schedules.

Monitor and provide guidance for the Repair Department training program.
