SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first-level supervisor and Training Manager providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the training section within the 628th Security Forces Squadron.

DUTY 1: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Training Section, ensuring that Training section complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. DUTY 2: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. DUTY 3: Represents 628th Security Forces Squadron Training with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. DUTY 4: Prepares written correspondence and other documentation.
