Oversee security teams and systems at a U.S. Navy installation, enforcing policies, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with physical and cybersecurity standards.

You will administer policy direction and supervision over all security personnel, systems, and operations.
You will plan, formulate and implement optimum security programs, including all aspects of law enforcement, physical security and investigative work.
You will review and evaluate staff actions for adherence to organizational policy.
You will plan for current and long-range operations based workload trends and projected requirements.
You will establish objectives for various operating elements and assign responsibilities to subordinates.
You will identify problem areas and make necessary changes in policies and procedures to correct deficiencies and to meet short and long-range objectives.
You will make selections, promotions, details, and reassignments for positions supervised.
