SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Maintenance Production Office, Yokosuka of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***

You will supervise all personnel and functions of the Supply Branch, and be directly responsible for the quality and timeliness of the work produced by the branch.

You will develop, advocate, execute, and monitor the Supply Branch’s budget.

You will manage workload and adjust resources to meet customer requirements, schedules and priorities.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate work of the branch and promote efficient and economical work operations.

You will establish guidelines and procedures to supplement and reinforce existing policies and instructions, and trains personnel on processes and procedures.

You will serve as an Approving Official for the Government purchase card program.

You will utilize automated systems like Maximo, Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) , and General Service Administration ( GSA) systems for supply management.
