SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the Nuclear Material Division, Code 2305, of the Nuclear Engineering and Planning Department, of PSNS and IMF.

You will assist the Nuclear Material Manager in analyzing and reporting assessments of all nuclear material functions, major issues, and program goals and objectives.

You will plan the work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.

You will develop performance standards to evaluate the work performance of subordinates.

You will identify developmental and training needs of employees and provide or arrange needed development and training.

You will direct and coordinate special studies and investigations on nuclear material management functions to identify causes for declining performance trends and areas for continuous improvement.

You will create and develop methodology to process material requirements, receipts, issues, storage and disposition for unused material.

You will confur with representatives of other organizations within and outside the shipyard on material acquisition and handling issues, project workload and schedules.
