SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST
Summary
Oversee supply systems and logistics for naval aviation, managing teams, budgets, and compliance with financial and audit controls.
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the AVIATION SUPPLY DEPARTMENT (N3) of HELICOPTER MARITIME STRIKE WING PAC.
You will be responsible for directing the combined efforts of the Aviation Program Support Division through five Branch Managers.
You will be responsible for providing departmental employee programs pertaining to position classification, manpower, position and training and support services.
You will be responsible for administering funds and ensuring all obligations of public funds, account payable and account receivables are properly documented and forwarded to the Defense Financial Accounting system (DFAS).
You will be responsible for monitoring supply performance and audit control procedures, administers quality control programs, monitors quality control studies and audit quality control.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and directs inventory management and storage of material for Ship's Habitability Program.
You will provide analysis, oversight and technical guidance for the Government Commercial Purchase Card Activity.
You will be responsible for providing admirative direction and for developing Naval aviation Logistics Command Management Information Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning system squadron personnel.
