SUPERVISORY TECHNICIAN
Summary
Supervises a team managing cybersecurity and software engineering for naval weapons systems, overseeing RMF processes, resources, and technical execution.
You will serve as a Supervisory Technician in the Digital Engineering Department, Cyber Security and Software Engineering Division, of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
You will serve as the Branch Manager providing risk management framework (RMF) process, engineering, sustainment and maintenance of weapons systems.
You will be responsible for program resources, management and execution of the assigned branch.
You will manage a multidisciplinary workforce including engineers, technicians, logisticians, and contractors is required.
You will formulate approaches and proposals to all program tasks; negotiate and discuss both technical and budget program plans; manages resources; reviews and evaluates all assigned requirements, functions, and deliverables.
You will monitor and evaluate performance, establish priorities, assign work, adjust workloads, and advise/counsel subordinate personnel.
