Supplements Department Manager
Your day-to-day:
In this role, you will connect with people every single day, and help make a positive impact on their lives – and trust us – they will come back and ask for you personally! You will get to work with our suppliers to gain valuable knowledge on new and existing products.
Ensure a highly positive Goodness Me! experience by enthusiastically greeting each customer, offering assistance, recommending appropriate products, and providing relevant information.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
Build and maintain relationships with new and returning customers.
Replace used stock, rotate current stock, and ensure satisfactory inventory levels.
Participate in merchandising and promotional activities.
Assist with inventory management.
Assist with cleaning and ensure an orderly supplement department.
Execute performance management conversations with team members within the department.
Assist in rolling out new policies and ensure team members are compliant.
What you bring:
1-3 years of previous retail management experience, preferably in supplements, herbal remedies, and personal care products
Experience in maintaining operational excellence in retail stores (payroll, shrink and inventory management, etc).
A solid understanding of sales forecasts for establishing key targets for the department.
Driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
A strong understanding of or education in Holistic Nutrition or Natural Health is required
Hours of work are primarily daytime shifts, with evening/weekend availability.
