Job Summary
This Role is responsible for manage Suppliers Services and Contractual Deliverables, provides E2E Governance and Operational Control of Suppliers.

The Role nurtures Supplier Relationships, partners with various Internal Teams for Performance Optimization and acts as the Point of Contact for Service Delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Suppliers Services and Contractual Deliverables, provides E2E Governance and Operational Control of Suppliers.
  • Drive Supplier to deliver Services in accordance with contracted Scope (SOW), consistently meet SLA Commitments, and maintain high CSAT.
  • Drive Supplier Operational Efficiency and Customer Experience Improvement through GeoX Expansion enabled by Digitalization or Automation.
  • Drive Supplier to operate within approved Financial Budgets, including effective Cost Control and Waste Reduction.
  • Provides Reliable Financial Forecasts to SBM Team.
  • Cultivates and Nurtures Supplier Relationships, frequently representing the Organization to Supplier.
  • Partners with F&C Delivery, Cross Functional Team across the Company to understand Partner Performance and identify Opportunities for Improvements.
  • Serves as the Point of Contact/Escalation for Services Delivery and Internal Concerns.
  • Develops Conclusions, Recommendations, and Written Reports, contributing proactively through Research and Data Analysis Support, and sharing Knowledge to foster a Knowledge Management Culture.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-Year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate Work Experience or demonstrated Competence.
  • Typically has 2-4 Years of Work Experience, preferably in Supplier Management or a related Field or an Advanced Degree with little or no work experience.
