Global Offshore CPX Construction Supplier Management is a well-established function within the Global Offshore CPX Installation & Commissioning. The team supports offshore construction projects by ensuring sufficient supplier capacity and resource availability across the Pre-Installation, Installation, and Commissioning phases.
Responsibilities
Serve as the key interface between Procurement and the Project Team, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and contractual requirements
Oversee the development and coordination of RFQ packages, ensuring all technical, commercial, HSE, and contractual documentation is complete and consistent
Coordinate cross-functional input from Engineering, HSE, Quality, Legal, and Procurement to deliver compliant and integrated tender packages
Support supplier selection activities, including clarification management, bid evaluation, and technical and commercial compliance reviews
Ensure contract readiness by aligning key commercial and contractual terms,
Act as the contractual focal point throughout project execution, supporting contract administration, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment
Support contract management throughout project execution, including claims-related matters when required, and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration, ensuring timely decisions, clear communication, and structured escalation when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in project delivery, supplier management, procurement, contract management, or a related project environment
Solid experience preparing RFQs, tender packages, bid documentation, scopes of work, and supporting supplier selection processes
Sound understanding of commercial and contractual principles, including risk allocation, liabilities, payment mechanisms, variations, and contract administration
Experience working with EPC, lump-sum, or other complex contract models is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international environments, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
Effective methodical, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate HSE, quality, regulatory, and contractual requirements in a project-driven environment
Competencies
Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align Procurement, Project, and functional teams around common objectives
Commercially and contractually skilled, with the capability to identify risks, support claims management, and navigate complex contractual matters
Highly organised and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality across RFQs, contracts, and project documentation
Experienced in coordinating and integrating inputs from multiple disciplines to deliver cohesive and effective project outcomes
Skilled problem-solver with an awareness of technical, commercial, and contractual risks and their mitigation
Assured communicator and persuasive collaborator, skilled at building consensus, supporting decisions, and handling escalations when needed
Accountable, able to handle changing project needs, and collaborative, with a clear sense of ownership and the ability to build effective relationships in dynamic project environments

This position requires approximately 30 days of global travel per year.
