Are you an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer with expertise in electronics? Join us as a Lead SQE and ensure top-notch quality of raw materials, services, designed/manufactured goods, and packaging materials. You will drive quality assurance activities, mentor team members, and manage complex projects.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and validate supplier compliance with engineering, manufacturing, and quality requirements.
- Review and analyze corrective action reports to reduce defects.
- Conduct investigations into quality issues and approve suppliers for shipping parts.
- Manage large projects with limited oversight and coach lower-level professionals.
- Solve complex problems in supplier quality engineering.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in electronics.
- Expertise in supplier quality engineering for autonomous systems, safety, and HMI (sensors, cameras, radars, screens, inputs).
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of quality assurance processes.
