Supplier Quality Engineer

Quality control and improvement
o Strong experience and knowledge of Semiconductor Packaging process, knowing Bumping Lithography and Plating process are preferred.
o Familiar with PCB, substrate, and/or assembly process / technical /quality and work with design team and supplier, deliver the product on time with high quality.
o Collaborate with Project Leads in project design stage, identify fabrication, assembly and test risks against the Suppliers’ capabilities.
o Collaborate with PCB, substrate and assembly supplier to ensure control points are in place on critical processes.
o Address fabrication, assembly and test related quality issues collaborate with suppliers to investigate root cause and identify corrective and preventive actions.
o Conducts regular Supplier process and product audit, drive continue improvement.
o Leads Quality improvement projects for PCB, substrate, and assembly vendor.

Supplier capability development
o Proactively work with Suppliers to improve capabilities, processes and tools to meet device interface solution technology roadmap.
o Leads Supplier capability development projects.
o Establish supplier process control plan and yield management system
