Oversee supplier quality, audits, and delivery for oil & gas components, including foundry management and non-conformance resolution.
Job Description:
- In Charge of auditing and assessing the suitability of suppliers
- Responsible for initiating and managing project transfer
- Responsible for guiding and implementing improvement programs as well as negotiating and balancing capacity among suppliers
- Responsible for FA Inspection of casting and machining services
- In Charge of managing the foundries which include quality and delivery performance
- In charge of handling the non-conformance parts follow up
- Responsible for checking and monitoring suppliers to ensure delivery
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical / Precision Engineering or relevant
- Min 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry with experience in Supplier Quality
- Oversea travelling is required
