Supplier Quality Engineer SQA-SQE

DN Automotive San Luis Potosi is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQA) with an absolute focus on supplier control, auditing, and development.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 2 to 6 years of verifiable experience acting as SQA, SQE, or floor Quality Engineer with direct interaction and supplier management in the automotive industry.
• Solid and practical mastery of supplier claim management, corrective actions (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys), and non-conforming material containment.
• Intermediate Technical English (Full capability to write reports, complete formats, and communicate via email with corporate/suppliers).
• Solid knowledge of Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan) and IATF 16949 standards.
• Completed Engineering Degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related). Degree or Pasante status.
• Desirable, but not mandatory: Prior experience in defect analysis in metal casting processes or managing suppliers in this specific sector.

Core Responsibilities:

• Direct management, execution, and approval of supplier process audits.
• Generation, tracking, and closure of Supplier Claims, including the handling of plant-level complaints.
• Supervision of technicians and rigorous monitoring of the Incoming Inspection process.
• Technical validation and approval of supplier PPAPs.
• Active participation in APQP teams for new projects.
• 4M Change control strictly related to supplier components.
