Supplier Quality Manager - Manufacturing Domain Company: Le Human Resources Solutions Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 8+ years Bachelor's or masters degree in engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 8 years of professional experience in Supplier Quality Management, Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management 3 years experience in project-oriented and solution-based business environments. Experience working in international and cross-functional organizations. Certifications - Formal qualification in Project Management ( e.g. PMP, IPMA, Prince2 or equivalent) Certified Process Auditor (e.g., VDA 6.3) or equivalent supplier quality auditing qualification/certification. Strong knowledge of supplier qualifications, supplier audits and supplier risk management. Experience in supplier assessments, qualification programs. Good understanding of supplier lifecycle management, sourcing processes and project business. Knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis and Risk Management. Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence suppliers and cross-functional teams without direct authority. Ability to facilitate risk-based decision-making and drive preventive quality approaches. Willingness to travel internationally if required.
