Supply Account Executive: Develop new client accounts and/or grow existing accounts to meet sales objectives while providing superior client service.

Job Type: Full-time

Workplace Type: Remote; work within a geography

Office Location: Gaithersburg, MD

FLSA Status: Exempt

What you will do:

• Function as a sales representative and liaison between clients and the office
• Develop new client accounts by cold-calling various locations within assigned territory with product literature
• Visit and support client accounts
• Perform analysis on client needs and uses
• Determine current market opportunities
• Increase sales to existing accounts
• Establish systematic client contact to provide ongoing information
• Review and provide feedback on client support programs
• Identify client problems and/or needs
• Research and provide competitive parts sales data
• Maintain client data files
• Attend sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, and upcoming itinerary
• Notify clients of specials
• Develop multiple relationships with key players in client operations
• Possess knowledge of the Boland product line to be able to demonstrate and discuss with clients
• Work against a current and evolving action plan designed to identify and meet all of the clients' needs
• Provide backup support for client service sales associates
• Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience or a minimum of 2 years within the HVAC field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or 2 years of HVAC sales
• Proficient in MS Office & Outlook
• Must have a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and proof of active auto insurance.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management
• Strong communication & writing skills, self-starter, reliable, detail-oriented, organized, problem solver, excellent interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone.
• Frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
