Description
- Responsible for planning and scheduling software, and material procurement.
- Create and maintain purchase orders in Canopy system.
- Verify receipt and delivery of orders with suppliers and third-party logistic partners.
- Build trucks to maximize capacity, reducing freight cost per pound.
- Analyze specs for finished goods to understand bill of materials and production setups.
- Gather and analyze material usage data, maintaining Supply Chain Material Usages Standards worksheet.
- Analyze warehouse (on-site and off-site) capacity, transferring materials between them to optimize storage space.
- Plan and react quickly to production schedule changes, and other unforeseen issues.
- Enter order pricing, and update system as changes occur.
- All other relevant duties as assigned.
