Why be a Supply Chain Analyst at THG Beauty?

The Supply Chain Analyst delivers THG’s strategic supply chain development programme across systems, data, reporting, inbound optimisation, AI enablement, sustainability and operational performance. The role increases visibility, efficiency, and automation across the supply chain while working cross-functionally with Inbound Supply Chain, SC Ops, Procurement, BI, Data, and Sustainability.

The role blends change management with hands-on delivery, translating complex requirements into actionable developments and ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, to scope, and with measurable value.

As a Supply Chain Analyst you’ll:

Systemic Development

• Deliver the Procure Development pipeline (scoping, prioritisation, SME alignment, development, handover)
• Lead development of a unified Supply Chain dashboard (Tableau)
• Support AI-enabled tools including Merch Replenishment, Supplier Scorecard logic, and reporting automation

Data & Reporting Development

• Enhance inbound and operations reporting including Master Intake improvements
• Oversee BI reporting improvements for PO Fulfilment and Actives
• Develop a central Supply Chain data view consolidating reporting sources

AI Strategy Implementation

• Identify automation and AI opportunities across the supply chain
• Support AI discovery, process mapping, and transition of outputs into execution

Inbound Supply Chain Projects

• Change management in relation to key Supply Chain projects.
• Deliver cost/benefit analysis, SME alignment, rollout, and BAU handover

Supply Chain Operations Improvement

• Change management in relation to sustainability initiatives including plastic and tote reduction
• Support delivery grading improvements and SLA/tolerance enhancements

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

• Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver projects on time and to scope.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience building relationships and collaborating across different teams and external partners.
• An analytical and structured approach, with the ability to interpret data, use KPIs to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience working with BI tools, reporting, data models and system development, ideally with exposure to Tableau.
• A proactive problem-solver who can identify root causes, challenge existing processes and implement practical, long-term solutions.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and deliver measurable business benefits.
• Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, managing competing priorities and challenging the status quo when needed.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
• Curious and forward-thinking, with an interest in emerging technologies, automation and AI, and how these can improve the way we work.
