Position: Supply Chain and Marketing Manager

Salary range: $2800-$3000 (Max amount)

•⁠ ⁠Ability to coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities including sourcing from New Zealand farms, airfreight logistics, cold storage, and last-mile delivery to ensure products remain fresh and meet tight delivery timelines. Strong understanding of perishable supply chains is required to minimize delays and prevent product deterioration in a fast-moving environment.

•⁠ ⁠Skilled in sourcing premium products directly from selected farms and suppliers while managing long-term relationships to ensure consistent quality, traceability, and cost efficiency. Ability to evaluate supplier performance and negotiate pricing and supply terms aligned with seasonal availability and demand fluctuations.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to develop targeted marketing strategies that emphasize product freshness, ethical sourcing, and premium quality to differentiate the brand in competitive FMCG markets. Competent in executing digital campaigns, product storytelling, and promotional initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.

•⁠ ⁠Capable of aligning supply capabilities with sales strategies by supporting pricing decisions, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives across retail and direct-to-consumer channels. Strong ability to identify new market opportunities and build partnerships with distributors, retailers, and end customers.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in demand forecasting and supply planning using historical sales data, seasonal trends, and supplier capacity to ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce wastage. Ability to balance supply-demand cycles in a highly perishable goods environment where overstocking leads to rapid quality loss.
