Supply Chain Automation Analyst (UiPath) - 1 year contract
Summary
Designs and maintains automation workflows for supply chain and logistics using UiPath and Power Automate, builds reports in Power BI, and partners with operations teams to improve processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support automation and digitalisation initiatives within supply chain and logistics operations
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar tools
- Assist in improving operational processes through AI, reporting, and workflow automation
- Work closely with operations, supply chain, and technology teams to gather business requirements
- Support solution testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and user support activities
- Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
- Analyse operational and ERP data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
- Support KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain proper documentation and support processes for automation solutions
- Participate in project discussions and coordinate follow-up actions to ensure smooth execution
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in automation, analytics, logistics, supply chain, or digital transformation projects
- Hands-on experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, or similar automation/reporting tools
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage
- Interest or exposure in AI, automation, reporting, or process improvement initiatives
- Candidates from logistics, operations, IT support, automation, analytics, or digitalisation backgrounds are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant project or internship experience in automation tools will also be considered

- 1-year renewable contract, with potential for conversion to a permanent role.
