• Reviews and tracks “Order Fulfilment” needs and aligns for the right supply regarding customer shipments

• Collaborating with demand planners to forecast material needs accurately.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers logistic and production planner to ensure stable and reliable supply.

• Conducting supplier evaluations and audits to ensure their performance and reliability.

• Building and Evaluating supply/demand vs. expansion/contraction scenarios

• Continuously monitoring supply chain performance and supplier adherence.

  Using forecasting tools and data analysis to accurately predict future needs and plan accordingly.

• Responsible for CM shipment data maintenance, exchange and control

• Identifying potential risks in the supply chain, such as supply shortages, production disruptions, etc.
  Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate these supply risks in collaboration with the Supplier Manger.

• Taskforce Management: Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to find quick and effective solutions in crisis situations before escalating to the supplier manager role.

• Ensuring optimal inventory levels to balance supply availability and cost efficiency.
