Supply Chain Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply and demand trends and identify potential risks or gaps within the planning horizon.
• Monitor and maintain material planning parameters to support inventory and service level targets.
• Perform simulations and analyses to evaluate the impact of planning changes on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor inventory levels and demand signals, identifying exceptions and recommending corrective actions.
• Update and maintain approved demand forecasts and supply plans.
• Develop and manage inventory, supply, and demand plans to support customer requirements.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes, material flow, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional certifications or licenses may be required based on regulatory or export compliance requirements.

Experience

• Relevant experience in materials planning, inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Intermediate-level knowledge gained through professional experience, training, or on-the-job development.

Supports material planning and inventory optimization activities by analyzing supply and demand, maintaining planning parameters, monitoring inventory performance, and ensuring material availability to meet customer and business requirements.
