Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily supply chain operations. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure the timely procurement, movement, and delivery of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment.

• Process purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery from suppliers.

• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers to coordinate shipments and resolve delivery issues.

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to maintain optimal stock availability.

• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure all shipping documentation is complete and accurate.

• Prepare and maintain supply chain reports, inventory records, and procurement documentation.

• Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Resolve supply chain issues such as delayed deliveries, stock shortages, damaged goods, and supplier discrepancies.

• Support demand planning and forecasting activities by providing accurate supply chain data.

• Monitor supplier performance and follow up on outstanding orders and commitments.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and relevant import/export regulations.

• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operational processes.

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations teams to meet customer delivery requirements.

• Perform other supply chain and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory coordination (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply, if applicable).

• Good understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

• Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping procedures.

• Experience coordinating with overseas suppliers and logistics providers.

• Ability to analyze inventory and supply chain performance using Excel or reporting tools.
