What you’ll do
1. Data & Analytics
- Collect, consolidate and validate data on purchasing, inventory, production, shipments, lead times, service level, write‑offs and other key supply chain metrics.
- Clean and prepare data (data cleaning, harmonization) for further analysis.
- Build regular reports and dashboards in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, etc.
- Track and visualize core KPIs (OTIF, service level, stock level, inventory turnover, forecast vs actual, etc.).
- Run ad‑hoc deep‑dives (e.g. root cause analysis for out‑of‑stocks, delivery delays, excessive inventory).
2. Forecasting & Planning Support
- Prepare analytical materials for S&OP / IBP meetings (summary reports, scenarios, risk and assumption overviews).
- Support inventory and production planning teams with data, insights and recommendations.
3. KPI Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Regularly monitor supply chain performance and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies (overstock, frequent OOS, long lead times).
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives (continuous improvement, lean, automation) with solid analytics.
4. Systems & Tools
- Work with core planning and accounting systems (SAP, ERP, WMS, TMS, APS and similar).
- Configure and enhance reporting in BI tools; support testing of system changes and new report formats.
- Validate data accuracy in systems and collaborate with IT / Master Data teams to fix issues and duplicates.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with logistics, procurement, sales, marketing, production and finance.
- Prepare clear presentations and analytical packs for meetings, committees and management.
- Translate “data language” into simple, actionable messages for business stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
- Higher education in logistics, economics, mathematics, business analytics, engineering or a related field.
- Experience working with data in supply chain / logistics / planning (preferred, but strong analytical backgrounds also considered).

- Basic to good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar).
- Analytical mindset, high attention to detail and confidence working with large datasets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex findings in a simple, structured way.
- English level sufficient for working with reports and for business communication (if applicable).
