Supply Chain ESG Analyst

Our Organization

You will be joining the Euroclear Finance Division, in particular the Supply Chain department. Within this department you will be contributing to the mission and objectives of the teams “Governance, Risk and Control” that is responsible amongst others to:

  • Setup the governance around Supply Chain activities, including sourcing & outsourcing
  • Assess the impact of new regulations on the outsourcing management processes and existing contract base;
  • Define and drive the implementation of the actions required to reach compliancy with these regulations;
  • Set-up & monitor the operational procedures and controls required to evidence this compliance.

Your Part of the Deal

The Supply Chain department has been integrating sustainable procurement practices to deliver on Euroclear's Sustainability targets and to comply with a set of new regulations in the financial sector (EBA, ESMA, DORA, CSRD, CS3D… ). In particular, the current mission will focus on supporting the embedding of sustainability within our supply chain.

Reporting to the ESG & Supply Chain Specialist within the “Supply Chain Governance, Risk and Control” team, you will be responsible to:

  • Support the embedding of ESG practices within the supply chain related teams.
  • Engage with suppliers in implementation of ESG requirements such as EcoVadis, and SBTI targets.
  • Support ESG & Supply chain team to enhance efficiency and impact on sustainable procurement in light of pertinent regulations.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of ESG & Supply Chain project status and the progress on targets and KPI's.
  • Manage sustainable procurement communications and foster awareness through trainings, tutorials, webinars etc.
  • Support ESG & Supply chain team in the implementation of supplier engagement projects.

Your Profile

  • Experience in sustainability, knowledge in the areas of sustainable procurement and scope 3 emissions, will be considered as an asset.
  • Some experience in data analysis or data management, with proficiency in Excel and other tools like Power BI being a plus.
  • Some experience on communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Fluent in written and oral English, French is a plus.
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment, which means that assigned tasks and role can be subject to change over time

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with suppliers and stakeholders
