Supply Chain EU Supplier Order Fulfilment Professional

The primary purpose of the role is to support, streamline and ensure smooth delivery management from Purchase Order to Delivery to our Consolidation Centers by meticulously handling daily order fulfillment tasks, ensuring all orders are delivered timely, focusing on efficient coordination and communication between various stakeholders and resolving any problems to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The aim is to enhance customer satisfaction through timely updates and professional handling of inquiries.

What you'll do

Close collaboration with Suppliers, Customer support and all main organizations within SC EU to ensure that the right material, at the right moment and with minimum cost is made available. Timely and proactive communication is key to ensure transparency at any step within the process. Manage daily Supplier order fulfillment tasks, including coordination day to day transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of finished products from Ti's suppliers to consolidation centers, in accordance to required delivery date and agreed transport policy provided by the Strategic Logistics.

What we're looking for

• Experience in Purchasing or other positions with relation to supplier management activities.
• Experienced in sea freight transport management, especially from China to Europe.
• Advanced MS Office Skills

Nice to have

• Proficient in English, other languages are an asset, especially Chinese.

• Universy degree
