Supply Chain Excellence Manager

End-to-End Supply Chain Excellence

• Lead the design and execution of standardized supply chain processes across APAC, covering production and material planning, inventory control, logistics and order-to-delivery operations.
• Own daily execution tracking across supply chain operations, alignment between planning , execution and logistics
• Ensure material availability, flexible adjustment on resource allocation, proactively mitigating supply risks in collaboration with CM partners and purchasing team .

Inventory Governance & Operational Control

• Establish and govern APAC inventory policies and controls, including transaction accuracy, reconciliation, aging management, and complex operations.
• Drive inventory optimization strategies to balance insurance coverage vs inventory levels, and operational efficiency.

Order-to-Delivery Performance Management

• Monitor and improve factory lead-time performance, holding manufacturing partners accountable through data-driven insights.
• Oversee outbound logistics coordination and warehouse flow optimization to prevent bottlenecks and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Partner with Purchasing and Sales teams to ensure supply readiness for demand spikes.

Data Analytics & Digital Enablement

• Build and lead advanced analytics capabilities, including development of dashboards, KPIs, and performance monitoring tools (e.g., inventory turns, forecast accuracy, service levels).
• Translate business requirements into system enhancements and drive adoption of ERP modules and supply chain tools as the regional key user.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as coordication point across PM, Sales, purchasing, Operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure timely resolution of execution gaps across functions
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making and promote a culture of transparency and accountability.

Continuous Improvement & Process Evolution

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to refine workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance scalability as the organization grows.
• Establish CoE best practices, governance frameworks, and playbooks to elevate supply chain maturity across APAC.
• Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Work with IT or developers to automate reports and streamline data flows when possible.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, technologies, and regulatory requirements affecting the supply chain.
