Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Executive will manage and optimize Aprisium’s end-to-end supply chain for our IoT sensor analysers, chemicals and equipment for our R&D, Chemistry Lab and associated components. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of materials and products, from procurement through manufacturing and distribution. This position is integral to ensure that our technology is produced at scale and deployed to our customers on a subscription basis.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Manage and coordinate procurement, inventory, warehousing, production planning, logistics and distribution to maintain a reliable end-to-end supply flow.
Procurement & Supplier Management: Source materials and components, maintain supplier relationships, obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate commercial terms where appropriate, and monitor supplier quality, lead time and delivery performance.
Inventory & Demand Planning: Maintain appropriate stock levels based on demand forecasts, production schedules and customer deployments; monitor inventory movement and identify risks of shortages, excess or obsolete stock.
Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate domestic and international shipments of products, components and spare parts, including shipments to ASEAN and Scandinavian markets. Prepare and maintain relevant shipping and logistics documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
Import / Export Coordination: Support compliance with applicable import/export requirements, customs documentation and transportation requirements for cross-border movements.
Production & Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Chemistry Lab and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely availability of materials for assembly, testing and deployment, and resolve supply issues that may affect project timelines.
Aftermarket & Spare Parts Support: Manage spare-parts availability for maintenance, repair and customer support activities, including replenishment planning and timely fulfilment of parts requirements.
Cost & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve purchasing costs, logistics efficiency, inventory utilisation and supply-chain processes while maintaining quality and service levels.
Systems, Data & Reporting: Use ERP, inventory or supply-chain systems to maintain accurate records, monitor key supply-chain data, prepare reports and support data-driven decisions on inventory, cost, lead time and supplier performance.
Supply Chain Risk Management: Identify potential supply risks such as supplier delays, shortages, quality issues or logistics disruptions, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency actions.
Other Duties: Perform other reasonable duties and projects assigned by management from time to time..
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement roles, preferably in a manufacturing or technology company.
Experience working in industries with IoT devices, electrochemical sensors, or fluidics is a plus.
Familiarity with international supply chain processes and regulations, especially across China and Europe is desirable
Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
Proficiency in ERP or supply chain management software.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to evolving needs.
