Supply Chain Executive

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for maintaining sufficient supply to meet demands, sourcing the products, managing suppliers, coordinating the movement of goods, and monitoring inventory, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations throughout the supply chain. This role requires strong coordination skills, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure smooth flow from purchasing to delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the entire supply chain process to ensure alignment with the demand plan to meet customers’ needs.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize storage costs by monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or over stock.
• Perform procurement activities, including sourcing, requesting quotation, price comparison, and issuing purchase orders.
• Collaborate closely with external parties and internal teams to ensure seamless goods movement, timely order fulfilment and material readiness.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory status and project updates.
• Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance cost efficiency, lead time, and supply reliability.
• Perform any other duties related to supply chain management as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, with exposure to operational processes and team coordination.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  

Working Hours: 8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Work Location: 5 Jalan Tepong, Singapore 619325 (Transport will be provided, pick up at Lakeside MRT)
