Supply Chain Executive [EL]

Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQ, price negotiation and purchase order management.

Manage material and component purchasing based on MRP requirements and production demands.

Coordinate with suppliers to expedite deliveries and minimise material shortages.

Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning to ensure smooth production operations and timely order fulfilment.

Monitor inventory levels and implement stocking strategies in accordance with management guidelines.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment arrangements with logistics providers, including customs documentation.

Evaluate and manage supplier performance to achieve quality, delivery and cost objectives.

Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases and purchasing documentation.

Handle supplier-related RMA and NCT matters.

Analyse BOM requirements and support procurement cost optimisation initiatives.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Prepare regular procurement and inventory reports.

Manage multiple priorities and perform additional duties as required.
