Job Description
We're looking for a Supply Chain Finance Analyst to join our Supply Chain Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional who enjoys turning data into action and partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and Commercial teams to drive tangible business results.Key Responsibilities May Include:
Ensure accuracy in Supply Chain KPIs, including financial month-end closure reporting, and provide timely reporting within established timelines.
Support the annual budgeting process, including forecasting, Capex analysis, cost reporting, and KPI tracking for the entire regional Supply Chain.
Monitor and improve key cost drivers such as Direct Costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and driving improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain.
Conduct cost performance analysis, identifying areas of risk and opportunity within logistics and operations, and proactively addressing cost concerns.
Standardize and improve operational work processes for all administrative tasks, ensuring alignment with internal controls and company policies.
Act as the key interface between Supply Chain Finance, Commercial Finance, and other Supply Chain departments (Operations/Logistics), facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Provide cost analysis, data insights, and reporting to support decision-making within wider Supply Chain teams, contributing to efficiency improvements.
Support the implementation and monitoring of cost-saving projects, ensuring initiatives are effectively tracked and deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do
As our Supply Chain Finance Analyst, you'll play a critical role in improving supply chain performance and delivering cost efficiencies across the French business.
Analyze operational and logistics costs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce spend.
Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Carrier Management, and Plant Operations teams to deliver cost-saving initiatives.
Provide meaningful reporting, insights, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Monitor key Supply Chain KPIs and financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year performance.
Identify risks and opportunities throughout the fiscal year and proactively recommend actions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, Capex analysis, and performance reviews.
Manage and support key financial and operational processes within SAP and Coupa.
Drive process improvements, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support accruals, provisions, and month-end activities to ensure strong financial controls.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Logistics, or a related analytical environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience working with large datasets and turning insights into action.
French (native or fluent) and professional English proficiency.
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP, BW, Lean TMS, or similar enterprise systems.
Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
Financial planning, cost control, or purchasing process experience.
Project management experience.
Experience working in an international or matrix organization.
