身為 Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist，您將扮演連結客戶、供應商與內部團隊的重要樞紐，參與從接單、工單建立、物流執行到最終交付的完整供應鏈流程。您不只是在管理訂單，更是在確保全球客戶能順利取得最先進的 AI 解決方案。Join Altos and Power the Future of AI

在這個角色中，您將：
1. 訂單管理（Order Management）

• 負責將客戶訂單及採購訂單正確且即時地輸入 ERP 系統及每日報表。
• 確保料號、價格及數量資料正確無誤。
• 自接單起至最終交貨／開立帳單階段，全程追蹤訂單狀態。

2. BOM／工單管理

• 根據客戶需求及 BOM 配置建立、追蹤及管理工單。

3. 國際貿易法規遵循

• 擔任國際貿易法規遵循主責專家。
• 確保進口商及出口商相關規範皆符合要求。

4. 物流風險管理

• 主動識別並降低物流風險，包括但不限於：報關問題、運輸延遲、貨物損壞、法規遵循風險

5. 供應鏈協作

• 與跨部門團隊密切合作，確保供應鏈及物料供應準備就緒。
• 支援產品快速上市目標。

6. 出貨與配送管理

• 監控物流執行情況與出貨狀態。
• 確保準時交付。
• 即時處理各項營運問題。

7. 內外部溝通協調

• 與公司內部各部門(Sales、BD、PM等)及外部合作夥伴保持有效溝通。
• 提升問題解決效率與決策品質。

8. 流程改善

• 參與持續改善專案。
• 建立可因應業務成長及產品複雜度提升的供應鏈體系。

9. 數位化與數據分析

• 善用數位工具與數據分析能力提升：營運透明度、報表效率、決策品質

o Order Management: Perform accurate and timely data entry of Customer orders/ Purchase Orders into the ERP system and daily report, ensuring correctness of part numbers, pricing and quantities. Monitor order status from placement to final delivery/Billing stage.
o BOM/ Work Order Coordination: Generate, track, and manage Work Orders based on customer demand/BOM configurations.
o Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for International Trade Compliance, ensuring compliance with Importer of Record (IOR) and Exporter of Record (EOR) requirements.
o Proactively identify and mitigate logistics risks, including customs clearance issues, transit delays, cargo damage, and regulatory compliance.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain readiness and material availability, supporting aggressive Time-to-Market objectives.
o Monitor logistics execution and shipment status to ensure on-time delivery while resolving operational issues in a timely manner.
o Facilitate effective communication across internal function teams and external partners to support efficient decision-making and issue resolution.
o Support continuous process improvement initiatives and help build a scalable supply chain capable of supporting business growth and increasing product complexity.
o Leverage digital tools and data analytics to improve operational visibility, reporting efficiency, and decision-making.
