Supply Chain Integration Engineer - Workday / Cerner
This is a remote position.
Superlanet is seeking a Workday / Cerner Supply Chain Integration Engineer for a remote, 3–4 month remote contract engagement, working approximately 20–30 hours per week, for our healthcare client in New Mexico. This consultant will support the design and implementation of an integration between Workday Supply Chain Management and the Cerner Millennium Item Master.
The primary goal is to automate item master synchronization between the two platforms, ideally through a bidirectional integration, improving data accuracy and reducing manual maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement an interface between Workday Supply Chain and Cerner Millennium Item Master.
Automate creation of Cerner item records when new items are created in Workday.
Synchronize item pricing, attributes, supplier changes, and related item master data.
Automate HCPCS and Revenue Code updates to reduce manual maintenance through CSPricingTool.
Define data mappings, validation, error handling, and reconciliation processes.
Ensure reliable and timely synchronization between Workday and Cerner.
Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
Required Experience
Hands-on experience integrating Workday and Cerner Millennium / Oracle Health.
Strong knowledge of Cerner Millennium Item Master and healthcare supply chain workflows.
Experience with Workday Supply Chain integrations, APIs, Workday Studio, EIBs, or related integration tools.
Understanding of item master data, including pricing, suppliers, HCPCS, and Revenue Codes.
Strong interface design, data mapping, troubleshooting, and integration experience.
Previous experience building a Workday-to-Cerner Item Master integration or similar healthcare supply chain integration is highly preferred.
