THE ROLE

Improving the tools for forecasting the primary sales of Russwell LLC using the example of TOP clients (JSC Tander, L'etoile, United Europe Holding, Golden Apple) based on an expanded list of received data, which will include history and forecasts Sell-out and Stock of customers at the SKU level, integration into the company's existing planning system

Reporting to: CB Integrated Planning Leader

Duration: 6 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a Sell-in forecast as a derivative of the Sell-out forecast and the stock level of TOP clients
• Achieve forecasting accuracy: Target LAG2 = 60%, SPP1 = -5% to +5%
• Increase the level of SAMBC service (service of Russwell LLC according to the customer assessment methodology) of designated customers by 30% (for example, if the current level of customer service is 80%, then the target will be 80% + (20% * 0.3) = 86%

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 2+ years of university studies in economic, technical or mathematical field;
• Excellent Excel skills (Pivot tables, complex formulas, graphics)
• Analytical mindset with attention to details;
• Proactivity & self-motivation in achieving goals;
• Structural thinking with ability to communicate effectively;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Experience in VBA, OLAP, Python – as an advantage;
• Presentation building skills - as an advantage;
