What You'll Do
As a Supply Chain Intern covering the Lake Shore Cryotronics product portfolio, you will be involved in multiple key initiatives, ranging from internal production efficiency analysis to working directly with our suppliers to improve delivery and quality performance. The Supply Chain team is responsible for managing production planning and the procurement of outsourced components and sub-components.
Essential Job Functions
- Support data analysis and generate improvement recommendations for our Approved Supplier database process.
- Analyze supplier information and purchased part setup for accuracy.
- Segment suppliers to identify optimal supply mix.
- Collaborate with the Planning team and Sourcing Engineers on special projects.
