Supply Chain Internship

Support the Order Handling / Procurement team in purchase order processing, supplier communication, customer communication and transactional purchasing activities. The trainee will assist in ensuring timely order placement, order tracking, and data accuracy within the ERP system.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Create and maintain customer / purchase orders in SAP (or ERP system).

Monitor order confirmations, delivery dates, and supplier performance.

Follow up with suppliers, dealers regarding order status and delivery schedules.

Support the resolution of invoice, pricing, and delivery discrepancies.

Assist in preparing reports and KPIs related to OH/SCP Area

Support supply chain teams/order handling teams with administrative and operational tasks.

Collaborate with Logistics, Planning, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Procurement department.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Student of Business Administration, Engineering, Agronomy, or Veterinary Medicine
