Supply Chain Logistics Associate - Baltics (Temporary position)

Responsibilities Coordinate delivery, invoicing, and return processes between customers, 3PL providers, and internal teams. Monitor and resolve order, stock, and invoicing discrepancies to ensure smooth operations. Perform daily and weekly inventory reconciliations and execute required stock movements in SAP. Manage credit notes, debit notes, invoice adjustments, and invoice cancellations. Track customer orders and proactively resolve operational issues and system errors. Monitor SAP/EDI interfaces and support accurate transactional processing, including manual PGI activities. Coordinate inbound logistics activities, claims management, and issue resolution with logistics partners. Support month-end closing activities, including revenue recognition controls and delivery performance reporting. Qualifications University degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field. Previous experience in customer logistics, order management, supply chain, or a similar operational role. Knowledge of SAP and experience working in ERP systems is preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency in MS Office. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
