Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Office in the buildings opposite That El Emad, Oil Services Sector
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)


Job Responsibilities:

1. Supplier and Manufacturer Correspondence

  • Identifying and researching suppliers and manufacturers that meet the company’s needs.
  • Sending and receiving price requests and technical and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality.

2. Procurement and Supply Chain Operations

  • Analyzing supplier proposals and selecting the most suitable based on price, quality, and delivery time.
  • Issuing purchase orders and ensuring supplier compliance with contract terms.

3. Shipping and Delivery Supervision

  • Coordinating shipments with logistics and customs clearance companies.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Monitoring shipments from dispatch to delivery, ensuring adherence to schedules.

4. Inspection and Quality Control

  • Coordinating with inspection agencies to verify product compliance with required specifications.
  • Supervising pre-shipment inspections at manufacturing sites or upon delivery.
  • Ensuring that products meet agreed-upon quality standards.

5. Reporting and Documentation

  • Preparing periodic reports on procurement, shipping, and quality control operations.
  • Maintaining records of correspondence, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure transparency.
  • Providing recommendations to management to enhance supply chain and quality control processes.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial correspondence and dealing with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze commercial offers.
  • Solid knowledge of shipping procedures, customs clearance, and related banking processes (e.g., direct bank transfers and letters of credit).
  • Understanding of quality control principles and inspection procedures.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent drafting and formal correspondence skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
