Supply Chain Manager
Location: West Singapore | Food Distribution
Our MNC client is an established food distributor seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead inventory, customer service, warehousing and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily supply chain operations, ensuring accurate order fulfilment and reliable deliveries.
Manage inventory planning and replenishment to maintain availability and reduce excess stock.
Improve warehouse productivity, stock accuracy and logistics cost efficiency.
Lead and develop operational teams, maintaining safety and service standards.
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance and QA on demand and supply planning.
Drive process improvements and strengthen ERP/WMS reporting.
Requirements
- At least 6~7 years of relevant supply chain, logistics or distribution experience.
- Proven experience managing inventory, warehousing, logistics and customer service teams.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Food distribution, FMCG or cold-chain experience is an advantage.
- ERP/SAP and warehouse management system experience preferred.
Package & Working Hours
- Salary + AWS + VB
- Monday–Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings.
