Supply Chain Leader | Marine & Construction

Lead the supply chain that keeps projects moving.

ICF is looking for an experienced supply chain professional with a marine and/or construction background to lead procurement, logistics, inventory and warehousing. Shape strategy, build supplier partnerships and drive improvements that directly support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy, operations and procurement governance.
• Manage strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and contracts.
• Ensure timely material delivery while optimizing costs and inventory.
• Monitor budgets, supplier performance and supply chain risks.
• Drive ERP adoption, automation and process improvements.
• Develop the SCM Manager and team, establish KPIs and report to Management.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience in the marine and/or construction industry.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, cost management and supplier management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, analytics and process improvement.
