Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, transportation, and distribution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability and movement of materials and products while controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and improving overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement through final delivery.
• Develop effective supply chain strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
• Manage procurement, sourcing, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, manufacturers, warehouses, transporters, and internal departments.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Forecast demand and coordinate material requirements with production and procurement teams.
• Negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners on pricing, quality, lead times, and service terms.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Monitor supplier performance and develop reliable vendor relationships.
• Optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes to reduce operational costs.
• Track purchase orders, shipments, delivery schedules, and material movement.
• Identify supply chain risks, shortages, delays, and operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs, including inventory turnover, order fulfillment, lead time, logistics cost, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, safety standards, and applicable import/export regulations.
• Work closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Prepare supply chain reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis for management.
• Lead and supervise supply chain teams and drive continuous process improvement.
• Utilize ERP/SAP and supply chain management systems for planning, inventory control, procurement, and reporting.
