1. Supply Chain Manager (Management Role)
This is a senior role focused on strategy, supplier management, and operational efficiency.
- Global Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify and negotiate contracts with international food manufacturers and packaging suppliers to secure competitive pricing and ensure quality standards.
- Logistics & 3PL Governance: Oversee shipping, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Inventory Strategy & Cost Control: Optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) while minimizing storage costs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all imported food items strictly comply with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations and custom requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor procurement executives, warehouse coordinators, and delivery logistics teams.
