Supply Chain Manager (m/f)

Are you ready to build a supply chain function from the ground up?

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to take a key role in establishing and developing the end-to-end supply chain operations for our manufacturing site in Croatia.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, enjoys building processes and teams, and wants to make a real impact on a growing manufacturing organization.

What You'll Do:

• Establish and develop processes related to procurement, production planning, logistics, warehousing and inventory management
• Build and develop a reliable local and European supplier network
• Coordinate supply chain activities between Croatia, India and other international locations
• Manage suppliers, commercial terms, delivery performance, costs and supply risks
• Ensure material availability and continuity of production
• Establish relevant KPIs and continuously improve supply chain performance
• Build, lead and develop the local supply chain team
• Work closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance and international teams

What You'll Bring

• At least five years of relevant experience in supply chain management or a manufacturing environment
• Experience in procurement, production planning, inventory management and supplier development
• Good knowledge of ERP and MRP systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Experience in leading people, projects or a supply chain function
• A proactive, independent and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of English
• Experience in a manufacturing startup, greenfield project, plant expansion, European supplier development or international supply chain coordination will be considered an advantage.
