💼 Experience: 7–10 years

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s/MBA is an added advantage
• 7–10 years’ progressive experience in supply chain leadership, preferably in agribusiness or FMCG
• Proven expertise in procurement, logistics, inventory, and financial models
• Strong knowledge of cold chain management, distribution, and agricultural value chains
• Strong expertise in logistics and inventory systems (ERP/digital tools)
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and team leadership skills
