Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate key business operations, including sales order processing, procurement, supply and demand planning, inventory management, and delivery coordination.

The role will work closely with senior management and suppliers to ensure efficient operations, accurate planning, timely deliveries, and effective inventory control. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, analytical, coordination, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.

Korean-speaking candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee business operations across sales order processing, procurement, supply and demand planning, and delivery coordination.
• Support senior management in supplier negotiations and ensure smooth, timely processing of sales and purchase orders.
• Manage inventory planning by maintaining optimal stock levels, improving inventory turnover, and ensuring on-time customer deliveries.
• Review and approve purchase orders, delivery and procurement plans, item reallocations, and PI cancellations in line with company policies.
• Monitor team compliance with sales order and purchase order procedures, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and provide timely, accurate management reports to support business decisions.
• Lead, guide, and mentor the team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
