# Supply Chain Manager ## - Manage the 3PL relationship, including SLA adherence, invoice reconciliation, courier / last-mile partner allocations, and warehousing capacity planning ahead of campaigns \- Own day-to-day operations for D2C order fulfilment - monitor dispatch TATs, manage Non-delivery queue, run campaigns/initiatives to reduce RTOs \- Plan & manage inventory - track production batches across SKUs, manage reorder triggers, maintain batch and COA records \- Own last-mile packaging vendors & drive optimisation - maintain component inventory, drive the volumetric weight optimisation project to reduce last-mile costs, and benchmark vendors quarterly \- Own all operations related to quick commerce
