Description
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Customer Service, and supplying units.
- Manage demand forecasting, replenishment, inventory, and safety stock to balance product availability with working-capital efficiency.
- Manage warehousing, inbound/outbound transportation, customs activities, and distribution; oversee order fulfilment and customer service processes to ensure timely, accurate, compliant, and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage and develop 3PLs, logistics providers, OEM/toll-manufacturing partners, and other key vendors, following up on service levels, cost, quality, and performance.
- Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs, processes, SOPs, and reporting; lead budgeting and cost optimization within the area of responsibility, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement in service, cost, inventory, quality, HSEQ, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure supply chain operations comply with local laws and regulations, HSEQ requirements, company policies, and applicable Jotun standards.
- Maintain accurate supply chain data and make effective use of ERP, planning, and reporting tools to support sound decision-making.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team with clear responsibilities, priorities, and performance expectations.
