Supply Chain Manager — Remote (Mexico)

We are a Pet Wellness/Supplement Company. We're hiring a Supply Chain Manager to inventory own, procurement, and fulfillment coordination. You'll work directly with our leadership team and have real ownership from day one.

What you'll do:

• Manage inventory levels products and channels, forecasting demand and preventing stockouts
• Own purchase orders and day-to-day relationships with suppliers and co-packers
• Coordinate lab testing schedules and maintain COA records
• Reconcile shipments, invoices, and inventory counts
• Track and report on cost, lead time, fill rate, and other KPIs
• Serve as primary point of contact with our fulfillment partner
• Identify process improvements and cost savings across the supply chain

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in supply chain, procurement, or operations
• Experience in neutraceuticals or supplements is required
• Fluent and written spoken English — you'll be on calls and email with U.S. partners daily
• Strong analytical and math skills; advanced spreadsheet proficiency
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with reliable follow-through
• Able to work core hours overlapping U.S. Pacific Time
• Based in Mexico with stable internet and a quiet workspace
• Experience with CPG, regulated products, or cannabis/hemp a plus
