Key Responsibilities:
 Provide strategic leadership for SCM, IT, Logistics & Admin at the hub.
 Oversee procurement planning, sourcing strategies & vendor assessments.
 Manage RFQ/RFP processes, high-spend negotiations & compliance.
 Monitor operational metrics, budgets & risk management.
Requirements:
 BA (7+ yrs) or MA (5+ yrs) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance.
 2+ years of people management experience.
 Strong negotiation skills & English fluency.
