Supply Chain Operations Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager who will lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations to support business growth and operational excellence. This role will oversee distribution networks, supplier partnerships, inventory flow, and process improvements to ensure efficient and reliable supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize supply chain operations, including distribution, logistics coordination, and supplier management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and service levels.
- Manage relationships and negotiations with suppliers, logistics partners, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee distribution network performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Analyze supply chain data, trends, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to operational efficiency, cost reduction, and process standardization.
- Manage supply chain risks and develop solutions to address operational challenges.
- Utilize ERP systems and digital tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain operations, distribution management, logistics, or retail/wholesale supply chain.
- Proven experience managing distribution networks, suppliers, and supply chain processes.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, and operational optimization.
- Experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
